      COCKTAIL BARTENDER

If you love shaking up cocktails and have a passion for flavour-making, this could be the ideal part-time job for you

We've recently expanded our venue, and have a whole brand new bar area and plans to develop our menu. We're looking to recruit experienced cocktail bartenders to serve a larger crowd on busy, weekend evenings. Our Bartenders are responsible for making drinks on spec to a consistently high standard and deliver them in a timely manner.

We're a very popular drinking spot so you'll need to be able to keep up the pace in a busy bar environment. It's not just churning out drinks though. We pride ourselves in delivering a high quality of classic cocktails and contemporary spins so you'll need to really care about the drinks you make.

Your passion for quality spirits and flavour-making will be really useful in helping the Senior Bartender to come up with new drinks for the menu too and it'll help you talk to our discerning guests about what they're drinking.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced drinks professional looking for a role in which they can get creative and stamp their mark on an award-winning, independent business. We're looking for someone who is hard-working, resilient and will be committed to supporting our business in a period of exciting change. In return, you'll be offered opportunities for formal, professional training and a competitive salary and benefits package.

This isn't a seasonal job so please only apply if you are happy to work weekends and are able to work throughout the year. Due to the nature of the role we will only be shortlisting candidates over the age of 18.

      CHEF

We're looking for a real foodie who is looking for a part-time daytime role in a creative and fun environment

We're looking for someone who can bring their passion for food and drink to our small, independent café-bar in this brand new role. Ideally you'll have experience of working in a commercial kitchen already because as well as making great food there is a focus on food hygiene and cost control.

We're not a restaurant per se but with a bit of creative flair and great quality ingredients we can still produce delicious homemade food from our very small kitchen.

Do you love cooking and baking but don't want the pressure or exhaustion of working long hours in a hectic restaurant kitchen? Perhaps life has changed and you're now looking for daytime shifts that fit in more with your lifestyle? This may be just the role you're looking for!

We all work as a team, pitching in to get the job done, so you'll feel as at home conjuring up hearty soups as you are doing the odd bit of washing up.

Initially, you'll be asked to work four shifts a week, including weekends. Shift hours are currently 0800-1500 but we are able to be flexible as long as the needs of the business are met.

We're looking for somebody who's excited about the prospect of stamping their mark on our offering and taking ownership of our kitchen. If that sounds like your cup of tea, please apply today!

Due to the nature of this role, we will not be shortlisting any candidates under the age of 18. This role would suit someone with commitments that mean that can not work evenings. The role involves four or five shifts per week. Job share would be considered for the right candidate(s).
