We're looking for an experienced barista and café assistant who can deliver a warm welcome and a deliciously hot coffee

It's a challenge to deliver excellent customer service on busy shifts so you'll need to be able to work quickly and efficiently all the while maintaining a bright and cheery disposition! For the right candidate, who enjoys dealing with customers as much as they love their coffee, this will probably be like second nature.

There'll be some simple food prep involved too so you'll need to have an appreciation for good service and an eye for detail. We do get customers who like to enjoy a cocktail at lunchtime so there's opportunity to help out with preparing and serving drinks, which could even progress to cocktail bartending training if you're interested. If you already have hospitality experience you probably know that teamwork is of the utmost importance and you'll be ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in with general tasks to help your colleagues out. It’s hard work and you will be kept on your toes but you’ll no doubt enjoy being a part of a small team looking after a mature, discerning clientele with high expectations.

We want to hire someone who’s got personality, a great attitude, work ethic and lots of potential. This isn't a seasonal job so please only apply if you are able to work throughout the year . You will be required to work Saturdays and Sundays so please only apply if you're happy to work weekends.

We're looking for a real foodie who is looking for a part-time daytime role in a creative and fun environment

We're looking for someone who can bring their passion for food and drink to our small, independent café-bar in this brand new role. Ideally you'll have experience of working in a commercial kitchen already because as well as making great food there is a focus on food hygiene and cost control.

We're not a restaurant per se but with a bit of creative flair and great quality ingredients we can still produce delicious homemade food from our very small kitchen.

Do you love cooking and baking but don't want the pressure or exhaustion of working long hours in a hectic restaurant kitchen? Perhaps life has changed and you're now looking for daytime shifts that fit in more with your lifestyle? This may be just the role you're looking for!

We all work as a team, pitching in to get the job done, so you'll feel as at home conjuring up hearty soups as you are doing the odd bit of washing up.

Initially, you'll be asked to work four shifts a week, including weekends. Shift hours are currently 0800-1500 but we are able to be flexible as long as the needs of the business are met.

We're looking for somebody who's excited about the prospect of stamping their mark on our offering and taking ownership of our kitchen. If that sounds like your cup of tea, please apply today!

Due to the nature of this role, we will not be shortlisting any candidates under the age of 18. This role would suit someone with commitments that mean that can not work evenings. The role involves four or five shifts per week. Job share would be considered for the right candidate(s).
