- Manage online bookings, group bookings, walk-ins and attendance at small events within the cafe to ensure the best use of the space
- Ensuring that the atmosphere, ambience and customer experience matches the 'Cabinet Rooms' brand and meets the Directors' expectations
- Providing a warm welcome for all customers
- Providing support and training to members of staff in the delivery of excellent customer care; identifying where best practice should be shared and seeking guidance from the Directors when performance is not satisfactory
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times, including personal hygiene
