COCKTAIL BARTENDER

We've got some exciting plans for 2024 and are now looking for experienced cocktail bartenders to help mix things up in Winchester.
Our Bartenders are responsible for making drinks on spec to a consistently high standard and deliver them in a timely manner.
We're a very popular drinking spot so you'll need to be able to keep up the pace in a busy bar environment. It's not just churning out drinks though. We pride ourselves in delivering a high quality of classic cocktails and contemporary spins so you'll need to really care about the drinks you make.
Your passion for quality spirits and flavour-making will be really useful in helping management to come up with new drinks for the menu too and it'll help you talk to our discerning guests about what they're drinking.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced drinks professional looking for a role in which they can get creative and stamp their mark on an award-winning, independent business. We're looking for someone who is hard-working, resilient and will be committed to supporting our business in a period of exciting change. EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
Essential
Experience in cocktail bartending
Knowledge of wines and spirits
Ability to provide consistent excellent customer service to the public
Commercially astute
Polite and courteous manner
Interest in and passion for quality food and drink
Welcoming, warm and respectful approach
Honest and effective communicator
Proactive, can-do attitude
Desirable
Barista trained
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet and work well under pressure
Drive and ambition to increase sales
Strong social media skills
PAY & BENEFITS
£8.50-£10.70/hour
Approx. 7-16 hours/week
