We pride ourselves on being a hub for our local community, offering a welcoming space for groups that make a real difference. We provide free space for people to run important gatherings, like the Menopause Café and Death Café, where individuals can come together to share experiences and support each other in a safe environment. We also collaborate with the charity Beyond Equality to host an annual workshop focused on men’s mental wellbeing, aiming to create open conversations and reduce stigma. It’s all part of our mission to foster connection, understanding, and support for everyone in our community.
All our community events are free to attend.
Men's Wellbeing Workshops
These workshops provide local men with a safe and supportive environment to discuss mental health, relationships, and wellbeing, all while exploring positive masculinity.
With the support of funding from Movember, these sessions are designed to equip men with practical tools to support their own wellbeing and help others around them. They're run by the charity Beyond Equality and cover key themes around emotional resilience, building supportive friendships, and rethinking masculinity in a way that is positive and healthy.
